Rustem Khamitov: “The Government RB distributed the benefits, which never belonged to it”

“Now we have no branches of economics and no territorial formation, which would remain uncorrupted in the Republic” – the President RB Rustem Khamitov said at the meeting of the anti-corruption commission. This is one of the most painful problems of up-to-dateness and corruption in the Republic prospers at such scale that “nervous people should better turn their eyes off. The former leadership stated there was no corruption in Bashkiria. In reality this phenomenon has become a part of our life and these are not the separate parts but a substantial constituent of our state construction. Unfortunately this is our way of life and the more we are talking about corruption the stronger it becomes”.

The President RB raised the problem of corruption in the building branch. For the last years the allegedly needy officials received dozens new flats without any queues and necessary documentation.

“The Government RB distributed the benefits, which never belonged to it” – Rustem Khamitov stated – “Now all losses are hung on the Housing Building Fund, which covers the expenses, raising the housing prices for ordinary citizens. It is of no surprise the realty in Bashkiria is so expensive”.

All heads of the municipal and state bodies have to normalize the schemes of hosing distribution in their departments. The law-enforcement bodies have to investigate the numerous cases of illegal housing obtaining.

“We will see to what extent those, who distributed these flats, appeared disinterested” – Rustem Khamitov underscored.
