Zugura Rakhmatullina: Bashkiria intends to cooperate with the Islamic Conference Organization not just in sphere of Islam

The cooperation between Bashkortostan and the Islamic Conference Organization should develop not just in the sphere of Islamic culture but in economics and science too, the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Zugura Rakhmatullina said to journalists after opening of the IV international symposium “Islamic civilization in Volga-Ural region” in Ufa.

“The Islamic Conference Organization is one of the most authoritative international communities of the Islamic states” – she said – “The cooperation with this organization can become very promising for Bashkortostan from the point of view of politics, culture, science and economics and I’m sure such cooperation will be established already in the nearest future. It is quite possible that some details in the cooperation between Bashkortostan and this organization will be highlighted already on Friday during the scheduled meeting of the general secretary of the Islamic Conference Organization M-r Ekmeledin Ikhsanoglu with the leadership RB”.
