Rustem Khamitov: The time of “emotional” economics is irretrievably leaving away

The President of Bashkortostan Tustem Khamitov called the decision of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev to offer the candidature of the Vice-Premier Sergey Sobyanin to the post of the Moscow Mayor “quite correct and absolutely adjusted”.

“From my point of view this choice is quite correct and absolutely adjusted” – Rustem Khamitov said – “I happened to work with Sergey Sobyanin for rather a long time. I can say he is absolutely organized and widely erudite man, who knows all mechanisms of the Russian political structure and economics in details”.

In opinion of the President RB Sergey Sobyanin belongs to the category of the managers, working on a systematical basis. “The time of the economics, built up just on the charm of the leaders, is irretrievably leaving away” – the President RB said.
