The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated the workers and veterans of the road branch with their professional holiday:

“Dear workers and veterans of the road branch!

With my entire heart let me congratulate you with your professional holiday.

The state of the road economy remains one of the main indices of social-economic development f the country. Good roads contribute to consolidation of business and cultural relations and to improvement of the quality of life.

The Republican road economy combines dozens of big, medium and small organizations, engaged in designing, construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of the roads and road constructions. For the last five years the Republican road workers have built up more than 700 kilometers of motor-car roads and put almost 5000 running meters of bridges and road junctions into exploitation. More than three thousand kilometers of roads have been repaired.

These results are a stimulus for further progress in our economics and social sphere. Thanks to your everyday intense labor the Republican road economy provides the necessary carrying capacity and traffic safety.

I hope that the workers of the road enterprises and organizations RB will further introduce new technologies in road building and in the use of the road machinery, making weighty contribution to development of the transport infrastructure RB.
