Taking the floor before the participants of the 42nd gathering of the heads of security services in Volga federal district in Ufa the President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov has highly estimated the state of the Republican population after the changes, having occurred in the Republican leadership.
“People understand the situation and they are mainly tolerant” – Rustem Khamitov said – “Our joint activity with the security services, with the law-enforcement bodies and public organizations bring good results and I can say population of Bashkiria supports us and our ideas”.
The President of Bashkiria has underscored the new authority comes first of all from the fact that every person needs job, salary and housing and these showings are not as good as one would like them to be.
According to M-r Khamitov the present leadership of the Republic determined the lowering of unemployment, which was rather high – about 9% in accordance with the international calculation methods and considered rather complicated and destabilizing factor, as one of the key priorities in its activity.
The second aim is the rise of the average salary, which makes 15,5-16 thousand rubles in the Republic. “Now we are working with the big industrial enterprises individually and demand from the employers to raise the salaries of their workers” – Rustem Khamitov informed.
He called the third problem with housing “rather painful and complicated and able to bring to certain distrust in the authority”.
Several so-called “closed” productions”, manufacturing various engineries are still present in Bashkiria, so the President of Bashkortostan figures on productive cooperation with the FSB. “We are found in the competitive field and have to be able to protect our information, working with it properly, so will work jointly with our FSB department in Bashkiria in this direction” –he said.
