The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated all employees of education sphere and veterans of the pedagogical labor with their professional holiday – the Teacher’s Day, traditionally celebrated on October 5:

“Everybody has his own teacher, whose lessons lead us along the way of life and thanks to such teachers we grow up, being ready for the moral choice. Thanks to them we continue growing in the course of the whole life..

The demands in the professional level of the pedagogues substantially increase today and the results of their work become to be determined not just by the pupils’ progress as it is but by their real competence, competitive ability and by the state of being relevant. Modern pedagogue has to master the newest innovational technologies and training aids and has first of all to teach the pupils to think self-dependently, making right solutions and bearing responsibility for their choice.

Sure, we haven’t yet managed to achieve a substantial improvement in the welfare of our pedagogues and the problems of their support remain one of the key ones in the Republic. The new system of labor payment and stimulation within the frames of the national project “Education” and the Republican goal-oriented programs is aimed at the solution of this problem. I am sure we will cope with this aim and the teacher’s labor will become prestigious and well-paid.

I’d like to wish you strong health and well-being, devotion to your occupation, new creative achievements and many thankful pupils” – said in the salutary address of the President RB.
