Public discussion of the program for modernization of health protection in Bashkortostan has taken place in Ufa

The first public discussion of the project of “The program for modernization of the health protection system in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2011-2012” has taken place in Ufa, in the conference-hall of the Ministry of health protection RB with participation of the project’s coordinator, State Duma deputy Salia Murzabaeva, the chairman of the State Council social policy and health protection committee RB Albina Burangulova, the Minister of health protection RB Andre Evsukov and the director of the Republican Fund for obligatory medical insurance in Republic of Bashkortostan Alexei Menshikov.

“Basing on the analysis of the situation in the health protection system RB, the situation with the population state of health, sickness rate and death rate, the presence of the health protection network and the structure of the medical institutions we determined the prior directions” – Salia Murzabaeva reported to the news agency “Bashinform” – “The main aim is the rise of the quality and availability of the medical care to population and its correspondence to the federal standards. With this purpose we intend to improve the material and technical base of our health protection institutions, supplying them with modern equipment, specialists and IT”.

In the course of the discussion the members of the workgroup for realization of the “United Russia” project “The Quality of Life – Health” put forward several proposals on improvement of the program’s project. In October the program has to be introduced to the Ministry of health protection and social development of Russian Federation for consideration.
