Cycle racing in Bashkortostan will receive necessary backing

Cycle racing will receive necessary backing in Bashkortostan, the President RB Rustem Khamitov said about it during the meeting with the President of the Russian Cycle Racing Federation, the chairman of the body of directors of the “Oil-gas company ITERA” Igor Makarov.

The public affairs service of the President RB reports Rustem Khamitov positive estimated the initiative of the head of the Russian Cycle Racing Federation on interaction in the sphere of cycle racing development.

As Igor Makarov said, Bashkortostan is of few Russian regions, where they managed not just to preserve the cycle racing center after the USSR breakdown but managed to reach quite good results.

“The Bashkir cycle racing school has rich experience and we will definitely develop and support this center” – Igor Makarov stated.

The prospects of cooperation between Bashkortostan and “ITERA” in the gas-mining industry and the problems of investments attraction to economics and social sphere of the Republic were also under discussion in the course of the meeting.
