Constantine Tolkatchev: all problems should be solved only from the innovational positions

“This conference has the all-Russian character” – the secretary of “United Russia” Bashkir political council, the chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev stated before the beginning of the interregional forum, devoted to development of the regions in the staff of the Volga federal district.

“We are expecting a wide-scaled speech of the party leader Vladimir Putin and hope to hear the irrefragable answers how the country is going to develop, how we have to face the challenges of the time and what variants of solution of these or those problems we have to expect in the nearest future” – Constantine Tolkatchev said to journalists in Nizhniy Novgorod.

He mentioned that any questions of social sphere and economics weren’t separated from each other. “We live not in a vacuum but in the specific economical environment, we live under the conditions of modernization so any problems, hampering our movement forward, can be solved only from the innovational positions. The future of Russia will in many respects depend on how we pass this modernization, how it is grasped by the society and to what extent the party “United Russia” meets the requirements, which determine the life of Russian population today” – the politician underscored.

As for the three investment projects, introduced by the Republic, Constantine Tolkatchev expressed assurance they would be supported at the federal level. “These projects meet high interest both socially and economically and I am sure the federal authority will pay attention to these projects, giving them the corresponding status” – the speaker of the Bashkir parliament mentioned.
