“Sunny Circle” celebrates the Day of Knowledge on a new place

The President RB Rustem Khamitov visited the Center of children’s early development “Sunny Circle” in Ufa today. This educational institution begins a new school year on a new place. Previously during six years the center was located on Sophia Perovskaya Street and today the children came to the kindergarten and to the first grade in the new building, located on Parkhomenko Lane. Originally the kindergarten of the Ufa plant of elastomeric materials, wares and constructions (UZEMIC) was located here still in the soviet times. In 1990 the building was transferred to the academy “VEGU”, actively developing that time. But after the academy had left it, the building was left in a half-ruined state. Its reconstruction was made practically fully at the expense of the funds of the parents, whose children studied here. Today 45 kids attend the Center’s kindergarten, divided into three groups with 15 kids in each. The first grade was for the first time opened in the Center and seven children came to study here. In the future the founders of the Center intend to open a secondary general education private school here and Rustem Khamitov promised the Center would receive the corresponding backstopping.
“That state our education system and especially the system of pre-school education are found in today is even not yesterday but the day before yesterday” – Rustem Khamitov said – “We have to think hard now how to solve the problem. Such centers are necessary for the Republic and we have to support them – this help can be different – various preferences and grants, rather small but quite enough for a kindergarten”.
After inspection of the center Rustem Khamitov suggested that the leadership of the “Sunny Circle” should formulate the list of the supporting measures, necessary for the center, and promised them all possible assistance.
