Happy Day of Knowledge!

The President of Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated all pedagogues, pupils, students and their parents with the Day of Knowledge and with the beginning of a new school year:

“Knowledge becomes the most reliable capital and valuable contribution to the man’s future in our modern and dynamically changing world and continuous education of people and their professional perfection in the course of the whole life are the modern demands of time.

Active modernization of the education sphere is occurring now: new methods and forms, information technologies and new innovational infrastructure of the educational institutions are actively introduced.

About 30% of the Republican budget is directed to the education system and these substantial sums have to be optimized. We should have high quality of educational services in the end. Along with the reasonable approach to erection of new schools we have to allocate more means for equipping of the already available schools with the new means of education and computers with the broadband internet access. We have to remember that only the specialists, for whom the newest hardware and IT are considered the inseparable professional instruments, able to work in a team and to make important solutions self-dependently, are really highly demanded today.

The today’s realities are that many graduates of our institutes fail to be placed in a job by their specialties, demonstrating insufficient professional competence, and the future is for the big university centers, providing high level of professional education, coming from the real demands of the labor market.

In a whole the development of the education sphere remains one of our top priorities and all conditions for energetic movement forward are to the fore. We will work purposefully and harmoniously together!

I wish all teachers and pedagogues creative energy, wise solutions and working mood and pupils and students – perseverance in your studies, interesting and intense life in a new school year.
