Rustem Khamitov: no total combing-out is expected in the Government of Bashkortostan

The Government RB and other official structures should avoid any total purges, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov stated at the staff forum of “United Russia” today.

“The Republic faces holding of the administrative reform, which presumes modernization of the state and municipal services and renewal of its staff” – Rustem Khamitov said – “And here we pin high hopes on the project of “United Russia” “The Candidates’ Pool – The Professional Team of the Country”. At the same time I want to say the practice of total purges in the authority after appointment of a new leader should be forgotten. For example, in the USA this style, called “The winner takes all” still in the XIX century, was admitted inefficient and prohibited at the legislative level. We aren’t going to move this way. The Government RB is formed and will be formed in the future mainly due to the local specialists, including the young ones. The main thing is that they have to be competent professionals and can solve the challenges the Republic faces”.
