Constantine Tolkatchev opened his blog

The chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev opened his blog in “Live Journal” (http://kbtolkatchov.livejournal.com) on August 11. As it is said in his first entry, the political blogs face very promising future not from the electoral point of view but from the positions of formation and control of the political dialogue in the society because journalists and professional observers form the real goal-oriented group of the blogs.

Constantine Tolkatchev: “In my blog I intend to pay attention to all important events, occurring in Republic of Bashkortostan as well as in Russia and in the whole world. I promise to look through your comments in any suitable case. Sure, I prefer real communication with the voters but I believe the communication in internet will also give its fruits and I can realize just now to what themes we will communicate with the bloggers – most probably it will be the explanatory work on both Russian and Bashkir legislations but I’ll try to answer all other questions you are interested in”.
