Shamil Vahitov is appointed the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB

In accordance with the decree of the President RB on August 4, 2010, Shamil Vahitov is appointed the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB.

Shamil Vahitov was born on February 4, 1954, in the village Zirgan, Meleuzovsky region of Bashkortostan. He has finished the Bashkir Agricultural Institute.

In 1995-1997 he worked as a deputy Prime-Minister RB.

In 1997-2001 he was the chairman of the state committee RB on land resources and land management.

In 2001-2007 he was the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB, the chairman of the state committee RB on land resources and land management.

Since 2007 and up to nowadays he is the first deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB, the Minister of agriculture RB.
