The President of Cosmonautics Federation thanks Murtaza Rakhimov for support of new projects

The letter of the President of the Russian Cosmonautics Federation, the twice hero of the Soviet Union, the pilot-cosmonaut of the USSR Vladimir Kovalenok entered the address of the President RB Murtaza Rakhimov. In the letter he thanks the President RB for the warm reception during his staying in Bashkortostan within the frames of the preparations for celebration of the 50th anniversary of Uri Gagarin's first space flight. It is said in the letter in particular:

“Dear Murtaza Gubaidullovitch!

During the visit we managed to hold several meetings with the heads of the Republican enterprises and organizations, concerned with the air-space investigations, with the pedagogues, post-graduates and students of Ufa higher education institutions and opened the office of the Bashkir regional division of the Russian Cosmonautics Federation.

In accordance with the results of these work meetings we intend to initiate several arrangements, able to demonstrate the significance of Bashkortostan's participation in the space investigations, held by Russia, and thereby to contribute to development of its aviation directions in industry, professional air-space orientation of the youth, introduction of new innovational designs and to propaganda of history and achievements in Russian cosmonautics.

No doubt, all this will contribute to consolidation of our joint efforts in achievement of new successes by the Republican space organizations and educational institutions for the good of the prosperity of Bashkortostan” – said in the letter.
