The first Bashkortostan enterprise on manufacture of mineral-cotton products is under construction in Blagoveshchensk region

The President of Bashkortostan Republic Murtaza Rakhimov during his working trip over the Blagoveshchensk factory has familiarized himself with the course of construction of the "Agidel" heat-insulation materials factory.

"Agidel" LLC was formed in April 2007 as the customer and developer of the factory, and the process of construction began in 2008. It is supposed that the total cost of this object will make 2,5 billion roubles from which 1,23 billion roubles are already spent. Thus, the construction financing is conducted at the expense of investors’ means and long-term credits, without attraction of budgetary funds.

The total area of the land plot for construction of the enterprise makes about 500 thousand square metres.

During construction of the factory, about 50 million roubles were also spent for a canteen reconstruction for future employees of the enterprise.

The new factory is being built taking into account operation of the equipment by Slovene company "ISOTEX" which is already bought for the sum of 881 thousand roubles. Installation of the equipment should be finished by the end of this year then a pilot launch will take place. By February-March next year, the enterprise will be ready to enter the market with its production.

The factory will become a unique manufacturer of nonmetallic mineral-cotton products in Bashkortostan. Basically these are mineral-cotton boards of various thickness used in construction industry. Thus, capacity of manufacture will make 6-7 thousand tons of finished goods per month. Delivery of raw materials (whinstone), will be carried out from Beloretsky region. Putting into operation of the enterprise will allow to create more than 280 new working places.
