Sergey Mironov: “I am sure the III World Bashkir kurultay will make an important contribution to development and consolidation of our large and multinational motherland”

The chairman of the Federation Council RF Sergey Mironov sent his complimentary address to the participants of the III World Bashkir kurultay, ventilated by the chairman of the Russian Federation Council for the federation’s affairs and regional policy Rafgat Altynbaev at the plenary session at the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” today.

“Such representative forum as the III World Bashkir kurultay plays an important role in solution of the actual for all Russian regions problems of ethnic-cultural development and consolidation of international relations. Within the frames of the forum it is planned to discuss the questions, determining the development of the Republic under the conditions of modernization of the whole country and directly concerned with the peaceful coexistence of different cultural and lingual communities on the whole Russian area. In the course of its centuries-old history the Bashkir nation made a substantial endowment to economic and cultural development of the country, contributed to making the conditions for preservation of aboriginal cultures and languages and to prevention of the international conflicts. I am sure the III World Bashkir kurultay will make an important contribution to development and consolidation of our large and multinational motherland” – said in the complimentary address.
