The Government RB and UGMK-Holding signed cooperation agreement

The Government RB and the company “UGMK-Holding” signed the cooperation agreement for 2010 in Khaibulinsky region of Bashkortostan today. The President RB Murtaza Rakhimov and the President of “UGMK-Holding” Iskander Makhmudov were present at the ceremony. The document is signed by the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev and the General Director of “UGMK-Holding” Andre Kozitsyn. The agreement is signed with the purpose to make favorable conditions for closer interaction between the Government RB, “UGMK-Holding” and the mining enterprises, found on the territory of Bashkortostan: JSC “Bashkir copper-sulfur plant”, the company “Bashkir Copper”, JSC “Buribaevsky ore-mining and processing plant”, JSC “Utchalinsky ore-mining and processing plant” and JSC “Khaibullinsky mining company”.

In accordance with the agreement “UGMK-Holding” will be busy with financing of social sphere, prior national projects and Republican programs in sphere of health protection, education, house building, road construction and construction of hydraulic facilities. The holding will render charitable assistance to the organizations and institutions, found on the territory RB.

The Government RB in its turn has to provide for the mode of favorable business cooperation with “UGMK-Holding” and its enterprises, assisting them in working up and realization of the measures for preservation and increase of their production potential and technical rearmament.

The agreement comes into effect from the moment of its signing and is valid till December 31, 2010.
