The 25th gathering of the State Council RB started in Ufa

The 25th gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation started in Ufa, the House of State Council RB. The chairman of the State Council RB Constantine Tolkatchev, the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, members of the Federation Council and State Duma deputies and members of the Government RB are taking part in its work.

The agenda includes 25 questions, including consideration of 22 Republican and three federal bills, listening of the report of the ombudsman RB, election of the Justices of Peace and other questions. The gathering started with the report of the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev concerning the results of realization of the Republican program for development of agriculture and regulation of the agricultural markets in 2008-2012.

“Because of the negative influence of the financial crisis in 2009 the agricultural output of all farmings in Bashkortostan has made up 100,8 billion rubles or 100,1% as compared with 2008 (104,2% according to the program)” – said in the report – “At that as a result of the drought the production index of plant cultivation was underfulfilled by 12,3%, as compared with the program, and made up 91,7%. The index of cattle-breeding made up 106,9%, i.e. it was overfulfilled by 2,6%”.

Such questions as creation of the conditions for stable functioning of agriculture, development of the prior agricultural sub-branches, the achievement of financial stability of agriculture, regulation of the agricultural markets and the forecast of agriculture development in 2010 are considered in the report.
