Municipal employees RB will wear uniform

The association “The Council of municipal formations RB” approved the regulations about introduction of special uniform for the municipal employees. The administration of Iglinsky region RB was the initiator of this initiative.

In accordance with the regulations about uniform there will be the full dress, everyday and the special or field dress (every dress has two variants; winter and summer). The color of the uniform is the dark-vinous. The rank badges are indicated on the shoulder straps and the stripe with the emblem of the Council of municipal formations RB and with the name of the town or region is on the left sleeve. The head of Aurgazinsky regional administration Marat Ishemgulov called the decision concerning uniform really revolutionary: “Local self-government is passing the formation stage now, the municipal law is being formed now too together with the new traditions and the new uniform will become the natural addition to that. The man in the uniform is grasped in absolutely another way and the uniform will raise the status of municipal employees, at the same time disciplining them”.
