Manufacturing of low-height paneled houses will be launched in Bashkortostan this autumn

The Austrian company “LB Engineering GMBH” designed the technology of production, transportation, assembling and finishing of the houses especially for the low-height construction. The President of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov and the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev have taken place in the transference of the new technology to the company “Own House”. The company will manufacture the wall panels for the low-height construction in accordance with the Austrian technology. The document is signed by M-r Joseph Lasselberger (Austria) and by the general director of the company “Own House” Uri Antonov. The company “Own House” was established in October 2009 for development of the investment project “Industrial production of low-height houses”.

The President RB has become acquainted with the Austrian technology for erection of low-height houses. The foreign specialists report the first house will be assembled in four months and the new technology allows the cottages standing the Ural frosts. The wall panel, made of wood with the foam-polyurethane warmer inside is the base of the cottage construction. The new constructions were designed specially taking the climatic conditions of the Republic into account. This project has no analogues either in Russia or even in Europe.

4-5 cottages will be assembled at the Ufa’s enterprise per one work shift. Production of the panels for one cottage takes about 6-8 hours. According to the written agreements the delivery of the technological equipment for Bashkortostan begins now. Its assembly will start in June-July. The industrial production of the new panels is scheduled on September 2010. The planned production capacity will make up about 1500 houses with the area 72 square meters per year. The overall cost of the project is preliminary estimated at 1,2 billion rubles. The first stage of this promising project is meant for 3 years. The new production is located on the free areas of the plant for production of ceramic tile “LASSELBERGER Ceramics”. It allows opening about 200 new workplaces.
