More than 17 million people participated in celebration of the Victory Day in Russia

More than 17 million people have taken part in the mass actions, devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory and no accidents were registered, a representative of the news-service of Russian Ministry of internal affairs reported.

More than 300 thousand veterans of war have taken part in the celebrities. In all 16 thousand large mass actions have taken place in Russian regions.

As the news-service of Russian Ministry of internal affairs reports, no serious violations of the law have been registered during these festive days. In a whole 267 thousand policemen, 12 thousand servicemen, 11 thousand cadets, 15 thousand police helpers and 7 thousand Cossacks have been involved in enforcement of law in Russian regions.
