Charitable TV-radio marathon “Victory Spring” starts in Bashkortostan on May 6

In accordance with the plan of actions for preparation and celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, worked up by the Government RB, the TV-radio company “Bashkortostan” will hold the charitable TV-radio marathon “Victory Spring” on May 6 with the participation of the veterans of the war, activists of culture and art, heads of Republican enterprises and organizations.

The contest of singers (war songs) “Ural Talents”, organized by the TV-channel “BST” and by the radio-station “Sputnik 107FM” is also devoted to the great date. The list of the contest participants includes children’s ensembles, amateur groups and talented soloists, aged between 7 and 75.

The final show of the project “Ural Talents: the songs of war times” will take place on May 9, 2010, on the Lenin’s Square of Ufa with the participation of the singers, gathering the largest number of votes of TV-watchers and radio-listeners.
