Ready for solemn march

The first training of the machinery, taking part in the solemn parade, devoted to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory, has taken place in Yekaterinburg, the news-service of the Volga-Ural military district reports.

96 fighting machines have taken part in the training, including the tanks T-72, infantry fighting vehicles, self-propelled artillery units “Acacia” and MSTA-C”, multiple artillery rocket systems “GRAD” and “URAGAN” and antiaircraft emplacements “C-300”, STRELA-10” and “OSA”.

The tank T-34, the famous Katyusha and the legendary truck GAZ-AA occupied the honorable position in the column. They will be the first on the parade and at that the spectators will see the machinery of the Great Patriotic War for the first time – earlier these machines have never taken part in the parades.
