President RB Murtaza Rakhimov has taken the floor at the X congress of teachers

The President of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov is taking part in the X congress of teachers RB, held within the frames of the Teacher Year, announced in Russia, and the Republic Year in Bashkortostan.

The President RB has taken the floor with the report concerning the results in development of the Republican educational network for the last ten years and the aims on raising the quality of education. The President RB has also rewarded the best representatives of the Republican pedagogical community with the state awards.

More than 600 delegates are taking part in the X congress of teachers – representatives of educational bodies, state education institutions, primary and secondary professional education institutions, representatives of pedagogical committees, tutorial boards and veterans of pedagogics. Representatives of Ministry of education and science RF and heads of educational bodies from several Russian regions are invited.

The congress will sum up the results of the aims, set at the IX congress, held in 2001. Problems of modern education, introduction of the second generation of the state educational standards, teaching native and state languages in poly-ethnic environment and realization of the main directions of the national education initiative “Our New School” will be discussed there.
