Murtaza Rakhimov: “Confidence, openness, mutual respect, dialogue and creation should become the basis of international relations”

The all-Russian conference “Ural-Altai: through the centuries to the future” starts working in Ufa today and on this occasion the President RB Murtaza Rakhimov sent his greeting message to the participants and guests of the forum:

“The theme “Ural-Altai: through the centuries to the future” is of paramount importance today and the staff of the conference’s participants, representing the cream of the academic society of many Russian regions is the striking illustration to the abovementioned. It is good that the program of the conference is aimed at searching for new ways and principles in preservation of the ethnic variety in the country under the terms of globalization, consolidation of patriotism and pride upon our great motherland – multinational Russia.

All conditions for realization of the constitutional right of our citizens for preservation and free development of national languages, cultures and satisfaction of their needs in sphere of culture, education and information are present in Bashkortostan.

I believe it is especially important at the present stage of state construction to preserve everything, binding the brotherhood nations of Russia with the centuries of common history and cooperation. Confidence, openness, mutual respect, dialogue and creation should remain the basis of the international relations.

I am sure the present forum will make weighty contribution to the comprehension of modern state of history and languages of Ural-Altai nations and its decisions will contribute to harmonization of international relations and consolidation of the spiritual basics in Russian Federation.
