The X congress of teachers RB is an important milestone in the history of the Republican educational system

Ufa became the venue of the X congress of teachers RB these days. On this occasion the President RB Murtaza Rakhimov sent his greeting message to the delegates and guests of the forum:

“Let me heartily congratulate you with the opening of your pedagogical forum – an important milestone in the history of the Republican educational system!

The congress is held in new social-economic realities, when qualitative education becomes one of the decisive conditions for integrated development of human potential and for the rise of competitive ability of Bashkortostan and the whole of Russia.

The remarkable events in 2010 – the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Republic Year and the Teacher Year, announced in Russia – give special sense to your congress. These events are of the great spiritual-moral an educational importance.

Modernization of general and professional education comes out as a powerful factor of innovational development today. The complex of measures, undertaken at the state level, is called to raise the efficiency of the national project “Education” and the national educational initiative “Our New School” and to change the priorities of further educational system’s perfection. It is necessary to raise the social status of the teachers’ profession and to improve labor and living conditions of our pedagogues. Talented and well-trained young people have to come to our schools.

I am sure the work of your congress will be efficient and will allow estimating the already reached goals impartially, discussing the ways for solution of the actual problems in education and outlining new frontiers.
