Scientific-practical conference, devoted to the 15th anniversary of Bashkir parliament, is open in Ufa

The scientific-practical conference “The State Council-Kurultay-RB: 15 years on the way of formation and development of the lawful system RB” started working in Ufa, the House of State Council RB. Representatives of state and municipal authority, members of the Federation Council and deputies of the Russian State Duma, members of Government RB, scientists, lawyers, representatives of public community, clergy and law-enforcement structures are taking part in the forum.

The speaker of Bashkir parliament Constantine Tolkatchev will take the floor with the main report “The Constitution and the law system RB”.

Other aspects, concerned with the law-making activity, will be under consideration within the frames of the forum: the prospects of changes in regional parliaments under the conditions of Russian political system modernization, the main directions in development of social policy in sphere of labor and population social protection, ensuring of the freedom of consciousness, law-making activity of local self-government and other aspects in development of regional legislation on different directions. The acceptance of recommendations will become the result of the conference.
