Rashit Hairullin: “The Presidential Message is the guide to action for heads of towns and regions”

“The Message of President RB is the instructions of the top management, so this is the guide to action for all heads of towns and regions of Bashkortostan” – the head of Tuimazinsky regional administration Rashit Hairullin told to “Bashinform”.

In his opinion the main strategic aims, outlined by the President of Bashkortostan are modernization and active innovational policy. Those enterprises, which were actively busy with widening of their nomenclature, have suffered from the crisis least of all. “We can move the economics forward and fulfill all social obligations only solving these problems” – Rashit Hairullin underscored.
