Marselle Usupov: “The Message of President RB determines the vectors in development of Bashkortostan for the nearest years ahead”

The State Duma deputy Marselle Usupov called The Message of President RB to the State Council RB the fundamental document, which would undoubtedly determine the development of Bashkortostan for the several years ahead.

“This is rather serious document, which takes the most promising directions for development of the Republic into account” – he said – “Murtaza Rakhimov has managed to focus the attention on all spheres of life of our society – economics, social programs, support of education, culture and sport etc. It is remarkable that many items of the Message have much in common with the theses of the article by the President of Russia “Russia, Forward!” and with the main clauses of his Message to the Federal Assembly. All three documents have common grounds and first of all in sphere of development of innovations, which the VIPs of the country and the Republic talk so much about”.
