President RB Murtaza Rakhimov congratulated all scientists of Bashkortostan with the Day of Russian science, celebrated on February 8:

“Let me heartily congratulate all activists of science, employees of the academician scientific institutions, branch scientific-research institutes and higher education institutions with the professional holiday – The Day of Russian Science!

For Republic of Bashkortostan this feast is of special importance. Our Republic is the region with well-developed scientific-technical potential and the largest international and all-Russian scientific-practical conferences and forums, contests of young scientists are traditionally held here and modern technologies are actively developed. The Academy of sciences RB and the Ufa’s center of the Russian Academy of sciences successfully work here as well as the branch scientific-research institutes.

Formation of efficient innovational environment and support of the promising investigations and progressive scientific centers are considered one of the priorities of state politics in Bashkortostan and we realize the whole complex of measures, aimed at support of talented scientists, especially young ones. In many respects thanks to everyday work of our researchers Bashkortostan steadily turns to the innovational path of development.

The rise of the level of qualified specialists’ training, development of fundamental and applied investigations in accordance with the demands of time and formation of efficient innovational environment stand in the list of the first priorities today.

I wish all of you strong health, prosperity and happiness and outstanding discoveries and achievements for the good of Bashkortostan and the whole of Russia!
