Rail Sarbaev visited Ufa’s polyclinic N46

The Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev visited the Ufa’s polyclinic N46 on Tuesday. This is one of Bashkortostan’s medical institutions, where the medical application of “The social card RB” is introduced and successfully applied. The Prime-Minister has become acquainted with the usage of this application and visited the Health Center, located on the base of the polyclinic.

The polyclinic serves 37400 citizens in Kirovsky district of Ufa and works in the system “The social card RB” since 2007. With the help of this application the patients are automatically identified and receive the electronic permit for seeing a doctor. The whole procedure of identification takes about two minutes. The medical application of the social card accumulates the data about prescriptions and medical preparations, sold to the patient. At present time more than 150 thousand citizens RB make use of the social card RB and in the future, as the first deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB, Minister of finances RB Airat Gaskarov reported, every adult in the Republic will have such card. At present time the project is developed on the territory of nine regions and towns of Bashkortostan. The cards are distributed free. The project “The social card RB”, realized by Government RB, has won one of the nominations at the international contest of innovational bank products “OSCARDS-2009”.
