The 21st gathering of State Council RB started working in Ufa

The 21st gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation – the first one during the spring session – started working in Ufa and President RB Murtaza Rakhimov, Chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkatchev, Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, members of the Republican Government, State Duma deputies and members of Federation Council, heads of judicial and law-enforcement bodies RB, heads of the territorial bodies of Russian federal departments, Republican executive power bodies, employees of the Presidential Administration RB, the State Council’s Secretariat, the Governmental Machinery RB and mass-media are taking part in its work.

The gathering’s agenda includes the report “The state of legislation RB in 2009”, the appointment of the ombudsman for children rights in Bashkortostan, consideration of 26 Republican bills, approval of the decree “The agreement about cooperation in law-making activity between Republic of Bashkortostan and Saratov regional Duma” and other questions.
