President of Bashkortostan is one of the best Russian lobbyists

President of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov joined the list of the best Russian lobbyists by the totals-2009 in accordance with the widespread investigation, made by the Economic News Agency, “The Independent Newspaper” reported. Murtaza Rakhimov is found in the list of lobbyists with strong efficiency, where along with him only the Governor of Samara region Vladimir Artyakov of the list of Russian governors.

The list of the lobbyists with very strong efficiency is headed by Uri Luzkov (Moscow), the head of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev stands on the second place and the third place is shared by Valentine Matvienko (Saint-Petersburg) and Aman Tuleev (Kemerovo region).

The list of the lobbyists with strong efficiency consists just of seven persons. President of Bashkortostan stands on the 13th place, leaving Valerie Shantsev (Nizhniy Novgorod region), George Boos (Kaliningrad region) and Vladimir Artyakov (Samara region) behind.
