“Efficient local self-government as a factor for further development RB”

The seminar for heads of municipal and city districts RB to the topic “Efficient local self-government as a factor for further development RB” started working in Ufa. The seminar is held in accordance with the decree of the President RB Murtaza Rakhimov and organized by the Presidential Administration RB, the Bashkir Academy of state service and management under President RB and by the Association “The Council of municipal formations RB”.

Participants of the seminar will analyze the course of the municipal reform in Bashkortostan, the ways to raise its efficiency and tendencies of social-economic development RB. The President RB, Chairman of State Council-Kurultay-RB, Chairman and members of the Government RB, heads of ministries and departments and well-known scientists will take the floor before the participants of the gathering.

The training courses, held within the frames of the seminar, are aimed at disclosure of original schemes and new forms in work of local municipalities. The program of the courses covers wide range of question concerning political, lawful, social, economical and manpower problems in development of local self-government. The seminar will be working till January 22.
