The World Bashkir Kurultay executive committee discussed preparation for the III World Bashkir Congress

The tasks of the Word Bashkir Kurultay on preparation for the III World all-Bashkir Congress were under discussion at today’s meeting of the World Bashkir Kurultay executive committee in Ufa with participation of the State Advisor under President RB Sergey Lavrentiev, the deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB, Minister of culture and national politics RB – the deputy chairman of the steering committee on preparation for the III all-Bashkir Congress Ildus Ilishev and State Duma deputy Salia Murzabaeva.

In accordance with the decree of President RB the III World Bashkir Congress will take place in Ufa in June 2010.

“This forum is called to discuss and to make the solutions, directed to further revival and development of Bashkir culture and other nations in Bashkortostan, consolidation of friendship and international agreement” – Sergey Lavrentiev said, speaking at the meeting – “The appropriate preparation for the Congress, making conditions for productive work of its participants and guests is the key task for the authority and the executive committee. The III Bashkir Congress is first of all a large national Bashkir gathering, necessary for consolidation of Bashkir nation. It is of paramount importance for all people, who, living in our Republic and in any sport of the globe, feel themselves Bashkirs”.

Sergey Lavrentiev called comprehension of optimal development for the ethnos, its material and spiritual heritage, moral potential of Bashkir nation and other nations in Bashkortostan and in the whole world the most important goals of the forthcoming Congress, so the national-cultural, legal, social, demographic and other problems should cover not just the places of Bashkir compact habitation.

“2010 is announced the Republic Day in Bashkortostan” – he mentioned – “It is quite clear the III Bashkir Congress will say its word in its realization”.
