President RB approved the program for development of public, civil and municipal service in 2009-2013

With the purpose of perfection of the public civil service in Republic of Bashkortostan President RB Murtaza Rakhimov approved the program for development of public, civil and municipal service in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2009-2013.

The goal of the program is formation of the public, civil and municipal service system as an integral legal institute of public authority and establishment of a state body for public service management. The program is aimed at development of the unified, integral and efficient public service as a stable social-legal institute, called to provide realization of the competences of Republican local self-government bodies in accordance with the strategies of social-economical development of Republican municipalities, taking the interests of local population into account.

The Administration of President RB is determined the coordinator of the program in accordance with the decree and local self-government bodies RB are recommended to participate in the arrangements, included into the program.
