Government RB and “TRANSNEFT” signed cooperation agreement

The agreement about mutual cooperation signed between Government of Bashkortostan and JSC “TRANSNEFT”. The document is signed by Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev and President of JSC “TRANSNEFT” Nikolai Tokarev.

According to M-r Sarbaev the agreement signed is of social character. More than four thousand kilometers of the company’s pipelines are laid on the territory of our Republic and more than 4,5 thousand citizens of Bashkortostan work in its two biggest divisions – in JSC “Ural-Siberian oil mains by D.A. Chernyaev” and “Ural association of oil pipe transport”.

The company makes substantial contribution to formation of the Republican budget and the expected sum of tax intakes fr om the company in 2009 will exceed 723 million rubles. According to the document signed the sum of the tax base in 2010 will make almost one and a half billion rubles and at that, as Rail Sarbaev underscored, this threshold of annual tax intakes will be observed till 2012 and after that can be revised only towards further increase. Besides, “TRANSNEFT” takes active part in construction of social objects on the territory of Bashkortostan. “What and wh ere we will erect we will solve in the nearest future” – M-r Tokarev said to journalists after the meeting.

“I am certain that this form of cooperation will become the model for cooperation with other Russian regions” – Dmitry Tokarev added.
