Trade-unions possess rich experience of efficient work for the good of ordinary toilers and our trade-unions don’t stand apart from the tasks, which every working man worries about.

Under present uneasy conditions the work in sphere of law-making, labor protection and population social support, protection of rights and interests of all workers, worthy wages and non-admission of illegal dismissals and arrears of wages becomes the key direction in your activity and we are happy that we can see the constructive dialogue between the authority, trade-unions and employers in Republic of Bashkortostan today and that the questions of social-labor relations are solved in a civilized manner within the frames of the social partnership system.
