The 18th gathering of State Council RB is opened in Ufa

The 18th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation is opened in Ufa and chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkatchev, Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, the Chief Federal Inspector in Bashkortostan Peter Kapishnikov, members of Government RB, deputies of Russian State Duma and members of Russian Federation Council, heads of judicial and law-enforcement bodies RB, heads of the territorial divisions of federal agencies, Republican executive power bodies, employees of the Presidential Administration, State Council Secretariat RB, the Governmental Machinery and representatives of mass-media are taking part in its work. The agenda includes 35 questions. The deputies have to consider 25 Republican bills and five federal ones. The packet of budget documents, including the bills about budget RB-2010 and about budget of the Medical Obligatory Insurance Fund, and the forecast of social-economic development RB in 2010 and for the period till 2012 will be considered foremost. 16 bills will be considered in the first reading along with the initiative of Bashkir parliament directed to Russian State Duma concerning alteration of the federal law “The main principles of local self-government organization in Russian Federation”.
