President RB climbed high in the rate “Heads of regions in mass-media”

President of Bashkortostan made high flight in the rate “Heads of regions in mass-media”. By the index of information favor, calculated on the base of the character of the records about VIPs, the significance of the message and mass-media consequence Murtaza Rakhimov climbed 73 positions up, as compared with the previous month. Now he occupies the 6th line in the rate. The Governor of Sverdlovsk region Edward Rossel climbed even higher – he went 76 positions up. Now he stands on the fifth position in the rate. Moscow mayor Uri Luzkov stands ahead with 1852,10 points; Alexander Zilkin from Astrakhan region moved to the second position from the fifth (1317,29); Unus Beck-Evkurov (Ingushetia) left the first place for the third with 1281,00 points; Ramzan Kadyrov (Chechen Republic) left the first three with 766,13 points. Edward Rossel possesses 687,39 points and Murtaza Rakhimov – 483,59.

By the number of records in local mass-media (47) Murtaza Rakhimov approached close to the Top 10, which is enclosed by President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev (48). Uri Luzkov (Moscow) is beyond competition here with 921 records and the next three has stable positions: Kadyrov – 233, Valentine Matvienko (Saint-Petersburg)-196 and Evkurov – 163.
