The 17th gathering of State Council RB is opened n Ufa

The 17th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation – the first meeting in the autumn session – is declared open in Ufa.

Chairman of State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkatchev, Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, the Chief Federal Inspector in Republic of Bashkortostan Peter Kapishnikov, members of Government RB, deputies of State Duma and members of Russian Federation Council, heads of judicial and law-enforcement boards RB, employees of Bashkir President Administration, State Council Secretariat and Machinery of Government RB and representatives of mass-media are taking part in it.

The agenda includes 50 questions, including consideration of 29 Republican and five federal bills. The first question in the agenda is designation of the chairman of the Constitutional Court RB.

The list of other questions to be discussed during the meeting includes the parliamentary hearings on prevention of drug addiction and on actual problems of anti-drug legislation, improvements in legislation in sphere of transport services etc.
