Budget interrelations and support of aviation enterprises were discussed in Moscow

Aspects of productive development of inter-budget relations were the key ones in the course of the meeting in Moscow between Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev and the deputy Chairman of Government RF, Minister of finances RF Alexei Kudrin, news-service of Government RB reports.
Budget execution in 2009 and 2010 is closely connected with exact observance of equilibrium principles in inter-budget relations. Republican budget fully executes its social obligations and this fact allows Bashkortostan to pretend to receiving of the credit from the means, appropriated by Russian Government for support of regional budgets.
Same day the Prime-Minister of Government RB discussed the prospects of Republican industrial enterprises’ development with the deputy Russian Minister of industry and trade Denis Mansurov. In particular the matter was participation of Ufa engine plant (UMPO) in the tender for production of helicopter engines by the federal order. Denis Mansurov confirmed that UMPO fully met the requirements of modern propulsion engineering in Russia. Some questions concerning development of other aviation enterprises, dislocated in Bashkortostan, were also under discussion. In particular, the question concerning the entry of the plant “Hydraulics” into the staff of the Russian propulsion engineering corporation and the prospects of the company “Motor” were discussed too.
It was stated that the existing material and technical base and scientific potential RB make it possible to develop multi-profiled production in the Republic and in parallel with the defense orders local enterprises are able to produce civil machinery too, for example, the engines for minor mechanization.
The first deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB, Minister of finances RB Airat Gaskarov also participated in the negotiations.
