Family from Bashkortostan received the order “Parental Glory” from hands of President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev

President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev presented the orders “Parental Glory” on Monday, June1, at the solemn ceremony in Kremlin. The award is presented for the merits in strengthening of family institute and for children upbringing.

The family of Belyaevs from Republic of Bashkortostan was the first, who received this honorable award, established on May 13, 2008, from hands of President of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. Vladimir and Galina bring up nine kids, aged from three months to 16: five boys and four girls and one their son is the child in care. They believe that the future can’t exist without kids.

“We never regretted we had so many kids. We are happy parents and happy couple for already 19 years” – Vladimir Belyaev said. He expressed special gratitude to the address of the Plenipotentiary Office RB in Moscow, which organized separate cultural program for the family of Belyaevs in the capital of Russia.

Families from Mari Al and Chuvashia, Altai and Krasnodar region, Orenburg, Volgograd and Omsk regions also received the orders from President RF today. Greeting the guests in Kremlin Dmitry Medvedev has said that even in the present difficult economic situation the state will continue to execute all its social obligations, including the measures on state support of families with many kids:

“Even under the terms of the present financial difficulties all social obligations of the state, i.e. benefits payments, cost-of-living adjustment etc will be executed undeviatingly” – Dmitry Medvedev said – “We understand that protection and support of our children don’t mean just the material measures and the state will be never able to close all family problems. Moral problems also exist and this is life as it is. Any material measures and any property forms of support will never replace the parental care and we have to strive for humane attitude to children and the desire to create a big full-fledged family with many kids would become the guidelines for development of our society as well as the whole Russian state”.
