90th anniversary of Bashkir autonomy was solemnly celebrated in Saint-Petersburg

Solemn meeting with participation of representatives of Saint-Petersburg administration, historians, activists of Bashkir public organizations and Bashkir national communities from Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Agreement between the Central Soviet authority and Bashkir Government concerning Soviet Bashkiria autonomy, has taken place in the permanent mission RB in Saint-Petersburg.

Permanent representative RB in Saint-Petersburg Rif Sakhabutdinov has taken the floor with the report, made on the materials of Bashkir scientists, reflecting the historical aspects and prerequisites of the Agreement. After that visitors watched the folk concert and the film, devoted to the first President RB Murtaza Rakhimov. On behalf of President RB the permanent representative RB in Saint-Petersburg has solemnly presented the honorable diploma RB to the active participant of Bashkir national movement, patron and organizer of Bashkir creative actions in Saint-Petersburg Kamil Khairullin.
