Shamil Vahitov: Presidential Message strictly determines the way of further progress in agriculture”

“Agricultural complex holds very important place in life of the Republic as one of the main Russian granaries and its state in many respects determines food safety and social stability in our society, as it is stated in the Message of President RB to State Council RB-2009”. In opinion of the first deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB, Minister of agriculture RB Shamil Vahitov the document sets the task how and in what way our agriculture should move further. It is especially important since the state support of agriculture was also one of the prior tasks in the region.

State support of agriculture in Bashkortostan in 2008 has made up more than eight billion rubles without capital investments. In 2009 the financing volumes are promised to be preserved at the same level. Bashkir division of “ROSSELKHOZBANK” intends to give credits to agrarians for the sum of 2,2 billion rubles and Bashkir agricultural producers were already paid in advance for spring field works and in order to cheapen the means of plant chemical protection.
