The 12th meeting of State Council-Kurultay-RB is declared open in Ufa

The 12th meeting of State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation started working in Ufa. President RB Murtaza Rakhimov, Chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkatchev, Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev, members of Republican Government and Federation Council, State Duma deputies, heads of legislative and law-enforcement bodies, territorial divisions of federal departments, Republican executive power bodies, employees of Bashkir President Administration, State Council Secretariat and Bashkir Government Machinery, heads of public communities and mass-media are taking part in its work.

The agenda includes more than 40 issues but the Message of President RB to State Council-Kurultay-RB will be undoubtedly the main event. This is the program document, which determines the strategic guidelines in development of Bashkortostan in 2009. President RB is reading the Message right now and the document is called “Our goal is well-being of people and augmenting of creative potential RB”. This Message is the 15th. For the first time President RB has taken the floor with the first Message in 1995.
