Murtaza Rakhimov has met with “Claas” representatives

On March 25 President RB Murtaza Rakhimov has given a talk to representatives of German company “Claas”, specializing in production of agricultural equipment and machinery, in Republic House. The staff of “Claas” delegation included the deputy chairman of “Claas” Constituent Council Katrina Class, regional CIS countries director Dither Duringer, General Director of the company “Claas-East” Sergey Penner and representative of “Claas” official dealer in RB Eugene Zelenov.

The issues of expansion of cooperation between Bashkortostan and “Claas” and mechanisms of interaction in conditions of the global financial crisis were under discussion at the meeting.

President RB has mentioned that Bashkortostan pays serious attention to the issues of agriculture supply with modern equipment and machines. New equipment raises efficiency of Republican agricultural complex. For example, 1220 units of foreign agricultural machinery for the sum of 1,3 billion rubles have been purchased in 2008. President RB has declared for further cooperation with “Claas”.

The first deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB, Minister of agriculture RB Shamil Vahitov has taken part in the negotiations too.
