Employees of Nizhny Novgorod Penal Colony No. 17 discovered a cat on the institution's territory wearing a homemade fabric collar containing green prohibited substances and a white powder. Presumably, the furry one was supposed to sneak into the correctional facility and deliver the illegal "package" to the convicts.

A cynologist with a service dog named Foxy was brought in to check the contents—an examination confirmed the presence of drugs. The collar was seized, the "tailed one" was examined and released into the wild.
