A lawsuit by the prosecutor's office against the owner and proprietor of a quest room, demanding the elimination of fire safety violations, has been filed with the Kirovsky District Court.
As reported by the court's press service, an inspection conducted jointly with the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Bashkortostan revealed numerous violations, including the dismantling of an emergency exit door, the inability to open locks freely from the inside, and the storage of combustible materials. The prosecutor's office notes that these deficiencies pose a threat to visitors' lives and health.
The lawsuit was filed because the owners ignored a previous order to eliminate the violations. The court ordered the defendants to correct all violations within six months.
